Prize Pro Terms of Use Agreement

By purchasing Prize Pro, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.) You may only use the Prize Pro PHP program, Flash game and all graphic and HTML files on the website you purchased a license for.

2.) You may not redistribute, publish, resell, or modify any files (you may modify the graphic files) that you purchase unless you get written permission from Flash Island or you purchase the Flash .fla source code files. You may not decompile the Flash file and modify it or sell/distribute the source code.

3.) Flash Island is not responsible for any errors, glitches, or any damage caused by the Prize Pro system. We also cannot be responsible for any malfunctions with Prize Pro. We cannot give refunds or exchanges after you purchase Prize Pro, so be sure that your server meets the system requirements. It is up to the purchaser to test out Prize Pro after instillation to make sure that it works properly.

4.) Any updates/changes/customization to the Prize Pro system or files will be charged in addition to the original purchase amount. In the case of a major glitch, a free update will be issued to all purchasers.

5.) Flash Island reserves the right to use your name and your company/website name in any of Flash Island's portfolios and promotional material and portfolios of Prize Pro's creators.

6.) You agree that you will not use Prize Pro on any website that displays pornography or promotes illegal activities.

7.) You are responsible for any taxes/fines or legal problems that arise while using your Prize Pro game. You are responsible for abiding by any laws governing the giving away of prizes over the internet.

8.) You agree that if you fail to follow any of these terms, you will lose your game license immediately and be forced to take your game offline within 48 hours of notification.

9.) You agree to comply with the US Can-Spam act in any e-mails sent to visitors who have played your game. You also agree to keep any data and information collected from players confidential. You are responsible for following any laws/regulations involving private information taken from players during each game.
